Personal Safety and Physical Activity
The Indigenous Women Rise Society is committed to hosting physical activity events to get our women moving. We host events such as bowling parties, roller skating classes, and so much more. Indigenous women are welcome to join us on Zoom for Yoga every Tuesday and Pow Wow Zumba every Saturday. Please register here for Yoga and here for Pow Wow Zumba.
